Jay is a Building Practitioner and building Contractor registered with the Building Commission. Jay has worked predominantly in Perth and the UK with experience in all forms of commercial and domestic construction.

Experience:

Trade certificate with more than ten years on site experience.

Three years commercial building experience with Transfield Construction and contracts in Malaysia.

Twelve years with my own building company [ Jaymat Constructions ] as the Nominated supervisor and Managing Director completing approx one hundred twenty building contracts from new multi million dollar homes to small renovations and extensions.

Fifteen years completing various Building inspections including Pre Purchase Inspections, Dispute Resolution, Estimates for Renovation and Repair works.

Inspections are completed to Australian Standards using Report Systems Australia Formats.
