Stephen is a Registered Builder (#12878) and Trade qualified Carpenter with a deep understanding of building codes and extensive experience in building, consulting, inspecting, and carpentry. Over the past fourteen years, he has served as a Building Consultant, delivering comprehensive reports on Strata, Commercial, Mining, and Residential properties. His expertise encompasses building condition audits, dilapidation reports, insurance claim assessments, maintenance and defect reports, as well as under-construction and pre-purchase inspections.
Stephen’s extensive knowledge of the building process and Australian Building Codes and Standards enables him to swiftly identify building defects and pinpoint the sources of problematic issues. His enthusiasm for the industry and commitment to providing thorough and accurate reports drive his work.
