Having built a strong foundation as a carpenter, Dan spent over 15 years leading his own successful building company, Seabreeze Building Co, where he managed, constructed and renovated over 100 high-end residential projects.

His extensive background in high-quality home extensions, additions, and new home construction has equipped him with a profound understanding of building practices, structural integrity, and the intricate details of quality craftsmanship. This deep-rooted trade experience allows Dan to identify potential issues that others might overlook, making him exceptionally qualified in his current focus on comprehensive building inspections.

Today, Dan dedicates his expertise to conducting thorough Pre-Purchase Building Inspections, Termite and Timber Pest Inspections, and Specific Structural Inspections. His primary goal is to ensure that homes are constructed to the highest quality and integrity, strictly adhering to the Building Code of Australia and all relevant Australian Standards. Dan’s meticulous approach provides clients with detailed, professional assessments that help them avoid unexpected costs and structural failures before committing to a property purchase.

Dan’s commitment to the industry is backed by extensive qualifications, including a Diploma of Building and Construction, a Diploma of Engineering (Civil/Structural), and a Certificate III in Carpentry.
