Alan Lynch is a Registered Building Practitioner (Reg 101996) and Independent Building Inspector based in Perth, WA.

Alan brings a rare depth of experience to building inspections, having spent over two decades working across residential, commercial and major infrastructure projects in Australia, Ireland and the UAE. His career includes senior project management roles with tier-one contractors including Badge Construction, Probuild and Broad Construction, where he delivered projects ranging from aged care facilities and defence upgrades to large-scale commercial developments.

Trade qualified as a carpenter and joiner, Alan’s extensive hands-on experience across all stages of the construction process gives him an exceptional eye for detail when conducting Pre-Purchase Building Inspections and Practical Completion Inspections, ensuring clients receive thorough, professional and reliable assessments.
